The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, in terms section 53(1) and (7) of the Communications Act read with regulation 8 of the Regulations Regarding the Submission of Interconnection Agreements and Tariffs, published as General Notice No. 126, in Government Gazette No. 4714, on 18 May 2011, herewith gives notice that it has approved:
- a) Supersonic tariffs as submitted by MTN Business Solutions Namibia (Pty) Ltd, which come into force and effect on 13 June 2022 , notwithstanding the date of publication of the Notice in the Gazette ;
- b) Microwave tariffs amendments as submitted by Loc8 Mobile CC, which come into force and effect on 27 May 2022 , notwithstanding the date of publication of the Notice in the Gazette ;
- c) Home and Business Microwave and Fiber tariffs as submitted by Loc8 Mobile CC, which come into force and effect on 1 June 2022 , notwithstanding the date of publication of the Notice in the Gazette ;

The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia in terms of Regulation 32(1) of the Regulations regarding the National Numbering Plan for Namibia for use in the provision of Telecommunications Services in the Republic of Namibia, Numbering Licence Fees and Procedures for Number Licences (Amended) as published in Government Gazette No. 5983, General Notice No. 97 dated 1 April 2016, hereby gives notice of the following decision:

The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, in terms of section 53(1) and (7) of the Communications Act, 2009 (Act No. 8 of 2009) read with regulation 8(1) of the Regulations Regarding the Submission of Interconnection Agreements and Tariffs, published as General Notice No. 126, in Government Gazette No. 4714, on 18 May 2011, herewith gives notice that it has approved the following tariff submitted by Mobile Telecommunications Limited :
- (a) New call rates for Cloud PBX at N$ 0.50 per minute, effective from 8 June 2022, notwithstanding the date of this Notice.

NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 4(1) OF THE REGULATIONS PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES REGARDING APPLICATION FOR, AND AMENDMENT, RENEWAL, TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION OF SPECTRUM LICENSES: COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 2009
The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, in terms of regulations 2(1)(c) and 4(1) of the Regulations Prescribing Procedures Regarding Application for, and Amendment, Renewal, Transfer and Cancellation of Spectrum Licenses, published as General Notice No. 104, Government Gazette No. 6888, on 29 April 2019, herewith gives notice that the following radio frequencies are available for application and assignment on a comparative selection basis:

Further, all applicants should note the following:
- a) The due date for all applications is 30 July 2022 at 17h00, and all applications received will be deemed to have been received that date.
- b) A broadcasting service licensee that intends to use the radio frequencies listed above must apply to the Authority for a Spectrum License.
- c) Applicants that do not hold a broadcasting service license must apply for a broadcasting service license together with an application for a spectrum license.
- d) Existing broadcasting service licensees must be in good standing with the Authority in that they should not have any outstanding fees.
- e) Applications for a spectrum license must be accompanied by a detailed program schedule in accordance with the content category applied for, coverage maps, letter of intent in the case of infrastructure sharing, or approval from landowner should a new transmitter tower be constructed and a 5-year business case,
