NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 9 OF THE REGULATIONS PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES REGARDING APPLICATION FOR, AND AMENDMENT, RENEWAL, TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION OF SPECTRUM LICENSES: COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 2009
The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, in terms of regulation 9 of the Regulations Prescribing Procedures Regarding Application for, and Amendment, Renewal, Transfer and Cancellation of Spectrum Licenses, published in Government Gazette No. 6888, as General Notice No. 104, on 29 April 2019, hereby gives notice that it has not received Bids for the Spectrum Auction in respect of the spectrum block of the radio frequency spectrum band specified in Table 1 below.

NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 32(1) OF THE REGULATIONS PRESCRIBING THE NATIONAL NUMBERING PLAN FOR USE IN THE PROVISION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES IN THE REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA, NUMBERING LICENCE FEES AND PROCEDURES FOR NUMBER LICENCES: COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 2009.
The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia in terms of Regulation 32(1) of the Regulations regarding the National Numbering Plan for Namibia for use in the provision of Telecommunications Services in the Republic of Namibia, Numbering Licence Fees and Procedures for Number Licences as published in Government Gazette No. 5983, as General Notice No. 97, on 1 April 2016, hereby gives notice of the following decision:

The Authority further resolved to grant UCOM Mobile Namibia (Pty) Ltd a period of six (6) months, from date of this Gazette to facilitate the migration of your consumers to other service providers and to conduct an orderly wind-up of its operations.

- f) The Authority resolved to approve the request for extension of temporary spectrum licence for four (4) months (1 January 2024 to 30 April 2024) to enable Mobile Telecommunications Limited to test mobile services as set out hereunder -

NOTICE IN TERMS OF THE REGULATIONS REGARDING THE SUBMISSIONS OF INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENTS AND TARIFFS
The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, in terms of Section 53(10) of the Communications Act, 2009 (Act No. 8 of 2009) read with regulation 8(1) of the Regulations Regarding the Submission of Interconnection Agreements and Tariffs, published in Government Gazette No. 4714, as General Notice No. 126, on 18 May 2011, herewith gives notice that Echo Telecommunications (Pty) Ltd has filed a tariff with the Authority as set out in Schedule 1 .
Any person may examine copies of the tariffs submitted at the head offices of the Authority during normal business hours and may make copies on payment of a fee determined by the Authority. Copies may also be downloaded free of charge at www.cran.na.
The public may submit written comments to the Authority within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette .
Echo Telecommunications (Pty) Ltd may submit, in writing to the Authority, a response to any written comments within fourteen (14) days from the lapsing of the time to submit written submissions.
All written submissions must contain the name and contact details of the person making the written submissions and the name and contact details of the person for whom the written submissions is made, if different and be clear and concise.
All written submissions and reply comments may be made either physically or electronically -
