NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 31 OF THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 2009

The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia, in terms of section 31 of the Communications Act, 2009 herewith gives notice that the Authority has dismissed Mobile Telecommunications Limited's reconsideration application on the basis that the Authority did not issue a Roaming Directive, dated 21 May 2024 and therefore no decision exists to be reconsidered.

The full reasons for the decisions can be requested from the Authority.
